Compensation and Benefits Specialist

As a compensation and Benefits Analyst, the person will be focused on all aspects of compensation and budget processes, will conduct market and internal analysis, monitor data through our HRIS, document and administer the various compensation projects.
The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will support the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Main responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits
o Analyze, review, recommend, and obtain approval for changes on compensation and benefits at the country level
o Participate in the annual compensation process
o Ensure our compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation/ labour law in our different location
o Assist in development of home country policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function
o Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other HR groups

HR controlling
o Assist in the preparation, review and analysis of budgets, cash forecasts and management financial reports
o Responsible for various compensation accounting & controlling activities


HR tools & Data quality
o Data quality checks, monitor and supervisory of Headcounts and costs into our HRIS
o Mapping and checks between payroll/ accounting accounts/ magnitude type of expense
o Monitoring of the benefits and variable payments via our HRIS: Audit payouts in accordance with plan design
o Responsible for creating monthly HR scorecard/reportings

Education
University degree – Masters’ degree in Economics/ Management/HR or similar suitable degree

Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefit

Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills
• In-depth knowledge and experience of compensation practices and disciplines, inclusive of utilizing salary survey information to conduct and provide detailed analysis of functional, market and industry relevant compensations structure.
• Proficient and hands-on experience entering data and using HRIS software
• Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Excel and VBA
• Cross functional and cross country collaboration
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory.
