Global Support Agent with French, German or Spanish

As a recruitment agency, we will provide you with all the information needed about the company, we will answer all your questions and will prepare you for the interview with the client.

Our client is the local representative of a leading global marketing intelligence company. Their mission is to transform the way marketers optimize their marketing performance, business impact, and customer loyalty.

Now they are looking for a Global Support Agent with French, German or Spanish to join their team. Being the first point of technical support, the agent will be expected to deliver a high level of resolution and customer satisfaction diagnosing issues and resolving incidents.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve customers’ requests using relevant knowledge base tools and technical resources.
  • Work with complex data models and big data integrated in the company’s platform.
  • Troubleshoot API discrepancies.
  • Assist users with complex calculations (including javascript syntax).
  • Troubleshoot visualizations using numerous widgets, CSS code, HTML etc.
  • Escalate complex tickets to 2nd tier support and follow up for resolution.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a Technical Customer Service position;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language;
  • Extensive experience using Excel;
  • Problem-solving character and team-player attitude;
  • Customer orientation and motivation to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution;

A strong advantage would be:
  • Experience in SQL;
  • Good understanding of BI platforms (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI);
  • Experience in ERP, Reporting or Analyzing;
  • Experience in BI projects;
