Our products are sold to Ukraine, USA, Canada, Europe, Georgia, China, Japan, Korea, Kazakhstan, Armenia and other countries.

„Roshen Bulgaria“ Ltd deals with official import and sale of Ukrainian chocolate and sugar products with brand „ROSHEN“ in Republic of Bulgaria.

In connection with the newly opened representative office of the company in Greece, we are looking for an experienced professional for the key role Director of the representative office Greece .
The position is based in Thessaloniki.

If you have excellent planning and analytical skills, demonstrate leadership enthusiasm and organizational skills which can help for development of marketing strategies, improving category management, company sales planning and profit growth, then you are the right person.

This position will be directly involved in the overall organization of the work - administration, revenue and expenditure planning, sales, reporting, staff selection.

Main responsibilities:
1. Organization of work of the representative office;
- Organization of supply, warehousing and storage of products and property;
- Organization of accounting;
- Implementation of development and other targets set by the management of the Corporation;
2. Fulfilment of the cost plan;
- Management of cash flows of the representative office. Achieving of P&L-aims;
- Participation in the development of the financial model of representation;
- Optimization of logistics processes;
3. Organization of the sales on the territory of the representative office;
- Participation in the development of cooperation strategies with partners. Control of conditions;
- Organization of the fulfilment of the goals for turnover and focus tasks;
4. Managing the informational and analytical system of representation:
- Organization of marketing research;
- Development of proposals for the coordination of the representative office, based on operational information analysis;

- Staff-recruitment and coach skills;
- Ability to influence others;
- Effective managing the budgets;
- Financial and analytical insight;
- Skills for organizing the efficient work of staff;
Special knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of basic methods of managing the financial-economic activities of representation;
- Knowledge in optimization of logistics processes;
- Skills and experience in the organization of distribution;
- Knowledge of the Greek language (native), English (upper - intermediate).

Work Experience: Director of Representative Office, Sales Director, National Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Business (FMCG) for at least 3 years. Management experience at least 5 years.
Education, University Degree: Economics, Marketing, Finance, Math, Technical position;
