Talent Development Specialist

This year BIC opened its first Shared Service Center at Sofia and we are looking for Talent Development Specialist.

  • BA in HR or Digital Project Management, or other relevant education
  • 4-5 years previous experience with administering an online Learning Management System and working with large HR related data sets (data management, data quality)
  • High proficiency with 365 Microsoft Suite, Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint (advanced)
  • Fluent in English. A work-level Spanish would be a plus
  • Training delivery experience and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday or similar) would be considered an advantage
  • Cost control & invoice/accrual experience
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and constituencies
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a self-managed environment
  • High learning agility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage all logistics in the coordination and scheduling/organization of training programs (200+ per year) including internal trainer/vendor management, post-work, and pre-work management and “live” technical support during selected online training sessions, attendance management
  • Internal online learning platform administration, including content upload and testing, as well as following up with internal clients
  • Track and measure the quality and impact of the training and development programs globally
  • Data quality and reporting, collaboration with HR team to ensure regular data updates and reports management
  • Budget management administration: including the processing of all invoices, accruals and cost control
