  • Maintaining current HR files and databases: administration of personnel files, updating company documentation/status-change data, maintaining records and information
  • Support payroll process by collecting required information (i.e. time and attendance records, tracking vacation and sick requests, monthly time schedule reports, etc.)
  • Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets
  • Assisting HR Recruiting Manager in employee feedback process
  • Assist HR Recruiting Manager with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online, scheduling candidate interviews, etc.
  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department, entering, formatting, and printing information
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee questions
  • Serving as a point of contact with external tax advisors, vendors, administrators
  • Supports welcoming new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
  • Assists in organising company events


  • Experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, office assistant or secretary is a great advantage
  • Solid understanding of MS Office
  • Calm and patient personality, not bored by routine and monotonous work
  • Detail-oriented, excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good level of English (written and spoken)
