English & Greek or English & Russian

This year BIC opened its first Shared Service Center at Sofia and we are looking for an Recruiter, Eastern Europe – English & Greek or English & Russian.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years in recruiting, including experience in corporate and agency recruiting
  • Experience in international recruitment (Europe) will be considered as an advantage
  • Advanced English & Greek or English & Russian
  • Previous experience in FMCG is a plus
  • PHR, CIR or Airs certification is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong organizational, presentation, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
  • A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates
  • Ability to handle candidates remotely at international level
  • Experience with tools and technology including an Applicant Tracking System, HR People Management System, and LinkedIn Recruiter functionality required
  • Manages the overall talent acquisition process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation), negotiates competitive offers and designs local onboarding programs
  • Advises hiring managers with a consultative approach
  • Monitors and reduces the recruitment process cost
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on the design, development and maintenance of the recruiting process (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, reporting and taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Develops new and innovating sourcing pipelines; partners with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow
  • Uses social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates
  • Manages the overall candidate experience, coaches hiring managers on the process and implements recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Business Partners who are performing recruitment functions
  • Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices
