Customer Support Representatives via Phone

Our support team is separated into 4 levels, from entry level support to custom complex cloud-hosting solutions. 

We don’t require you to have hosting experience (though hosting experience is beneficial), but familiarity with internet technology is important; linux knowledge would be desirable as would knowledge on how domains and DNS zones work, well known CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, Magento), etc. If not already known, you will be expected to pick up fundamental concepts quickly so that you can assist customers. We will train you but we expect effort, commitment and integrity from all of our staff. We are entirely a meritocracy, so we offer excellent progression opportunities if you show yourself capable.

The following criteria are a must:
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Know what web hosting is (beneficial)
  • Understanding of how sites work (beneficial)
  • Be able to work in an awesome team
  • Positive thinking
  • Ready to learn new things in the IT field
  • Willing to take it to the next level
  • Love what you do
  • Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory

Primary responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer queries regarding our hosting products and client accounts via phone.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve client issues.
  • Stay current with the system status and report any spotted patterns of irregular activity.
  • Consult clients on alternative products based on discussed needs.
  • Provide regular updates regarding the customers’ issues
  • Escalate cases properly and in a timely manner to next tier support
