What will you be doing?

  • Provides data input and supports the review of financial or business forecasting and invoicing activities to identify data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy 
  • Supports end-to-end minor procurement queries and tasks
  • Processes basic account/organization requests and approvals to ensure timely turnaround 
  • Assists with monitoring the renewal/ terminations of third-party labor and entering data in the systems
  • Assists with  internal communications
  • Аssists to leaders to drive workflow quality and effectiveness
  • Supports stakeholder meetings and the communications tracking of key decisions and following up on actions
  • Creates, updates, and manages distribution lists
  • Taking meeting minutes and recording actions
  • Maintains SharePoint platforms on entry level
  • Responsible for various administrative tasks, such as calendar,  mailbox maintenance and travel arrangements


What do you need to be successful?

  • Fluency in English;
  • Good planning and organisational skills;
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team;
  • Relevant experience will be considered of an advantage.
