Product Analyst – Crypto


Paysafe is a leading global provider of end-to-end payment solutions. Its core purpose is to enable businesses and consumers to connect and transact seamlessly through industry-leading capabilities in payment processing, digital wallet and online cash solutions.

We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to be part of the Cryptocurrency Product Teams in identifying what drives the performance of our cryptocurrency exchange and payment functionalities within the Skrill and NETELLER consumer wallets. Furthermore, responsible for monitoring, analyzing and assisting the product development with insights, new feature and product proposals.

This role would need to work closely with our customer service, software engineers, business stakeholders, marketing, UX, data and operational teams across the Paysafe Group. As a candidate, you need to be passionate about using data to monitor and improve product performance. You should also have some understanding and ideally personal interest in cryptocurrencies, investment portfolios, trading or financial markets.

What to expect

  • Drive insights and enable fact-based decision making for our cryptocurrency related products through the development of external and internal data sources.
  • Create reports summarizing key findings in order to assess the potential impact of product changes and measure the actual impact after release.
  • Identify abnormal usage and customer interest that represent opportunities for enhancing the product experience and/or tailoring our marketing activities.
  • Synthesize complex data into learnings and actionable goals.


  • The data cruncher - Apply analytical skills that enable to shift through large sets of unstructured data from various sources to piece together a meaningful picture.
  • The glue - Maintain cordial yet close relationships within the team and with stakeholders across various functions.
  • The spy - Be on top of competition to identify unaddressed customer pain-points and market opportunities and recommend enhancements and new features, backed by a strong, data-based business case.
  • The customer’s advocate - Always retain strong customer focus.
  • The storyteller - Translate findings into easy to understand stories ideally supported by graphs and images.
  • The driven person - Proactively taking the initiative to learn, research and collaborate.

To be successful you need to have

  • 2-4 years of experience in working as a data analyst, business analyst, product manager, reporting analyst, data scientist or similar roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (must love interacting with people and working collaboratively).
  • Technical background and experience working with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Tableau, Power BI or Oracle Business Intelligence.
  • SQL and advanced Excel magic such as Pivot and Power Query.
  • Merging multiple data sources (e.g. data warehouse, custom report and Google Analytics) into a meaningful analysis.
  • Strong statistical foundations and experience/training in A/B and multi-variance testing.

Following are considered advantages

  • Bachelor or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance or similar programs.
  • Experience of working in with B2C product(s) (ideally in the financial services industry).
  • Understanding how data lives within modern system architectures, flows through to the DWH and is transformed for analytical purposes.
  • Understanding how online and digital products are being developed applying modern agile principles.
