Our HR Team is growing, and we are looking for talented HR Specialist, who strives to develop and grow in an international and respectful organisation. Main tasks and responsibilities:


-Execution of all end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: Data Administration and Document
Management, Position Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, HR Reporting, utilizing HR Information system /SuccessFactors/
-Demonstrate a function knowledge of local HR policies and processes to effectively respond to customer queries and identify process improvements areas
-Train and support colleagues in activities within own area of speciality
-Communicate with external providers: Payroll agency, Benefits providers, Local health and insurance companies
-Be part of building up the HR Services area in Cargotec in close cooperation with the global HR community
-Participate in transition activities when applicable - knowledge transfer and work shadowing activities, conduct testing and service readiness activities
-Own and manage any changes to process documentation
-Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the CBS
-Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
-Ensure data is accurate in company systems.

What you'll need to succeed:


-Bachelor's or higher degree of education
-Up to 1 year of experience in HR domain and BPO is an advantage
-Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
-Fluency in written and oral English required
-Second foreign language - considered as an advantage
-Experience in multicultural environment.
