We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

IT Solution Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily manage all Application incidents through the ticketing system, prioritize and fix issues;
  • Monitor the SLA and be able to provide clear explanation of an incident when to the level 2/3 support;
  • Responsible for the detailed design of applications solutions that support delivery and maintenance of business IT systems, balancing requirements, costs and risk. Determine technical design requirements and specifications;
  • Actively participates in all support and service-related activities including Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (DR & BCP);
  • Take the initiative to propose improvements to IT and business solutions, processes, design, interfaces and architecture, backing suggestions up with clear, concise supporting arguments;
  • Full systems development lifecycle experience from requirements gathering through to design, development, testing and deployment.

Required Skills:

  • JDE / ERP experience strongly preferred;
  • Previous experience in the CPG/FMCG industry;
  • Demonstrable expertise in the designated technologies;
  • Full systems development lifecycle experience from requirements gathering through to design, development, testing and deployment;
  • Proven leadership skills to drive the future technology roadmap;
  • Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including cloud, outsourced and Software as a Service (SAAS) environments. Experience of supporting installations and use of hardware that are key to the designated area of technology expertise;
  • Good experience within Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10.
