Sales Manager

Language Bear is a 5-year-old content writing company headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. At the moment we offer 40+ languages and work only with international clients. Monthly we handle projects involving the creation of 7-digit number of words for over 10 different industries. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and responsible Sales Manager to help us with the prospecting, contacting and negotiating with potential new clients for our company. Ideally, we want to recruit a fully independent, multivalent profile who will bring new clients to the company in a timely manner. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential channels, software and tools, which will help with the prospecting of new clients for the company; 
  • Independently create lists of potential clients, which may be interested in the services offered by the company; 
  • Discover the most relevant contact person within a company and assess the best way to reach them; 
  • Establish first contact with the potential client and organize a call or meeting with them;
  • Present the services offered by the company to potential clients and reply to all questions which may arise during the negotiation; 
  • Close contracts with potential clients and facilitate the start of the first projects with them;
  • Cooperate with the management team for the pricing and the PM team for the deadline calculation; 
  • Cooperate with other sales managers within the company in order to avoid conflicts;
  • Keep track on the new projects during the first few months and where needed facilitate the communication between PMs and the client; 
  • Help accounting with the paperwork information related to your clients; 
  • Visit various international trade shows where potential clients can be found; 
  • Lead, build, improve, excel and succeed on daily basis. 


  • Demonstrated solid experience in international sales for a digital company;
  • Track record of success in scaling turnover and achieving targets;
  • Ability to quickly identify and utilize various channels, software or tools for prospecting potential new clients in a given industry;
  • Rich cold emailing experience; 
  • Fluency in English is a must and Hebrew is a huge advantage;
  • Any other second language is a plus.
  • Experienced communicator who can speak efficiently with people from various nationalities and decision levels;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a demanding, target-based environment;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail;
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
  • G Suite knowledge is a plus;
