Training Coordinator fluent in English and French - temporary role

In this position, you will:
  • Manage class enrolments for public training courses, manage class cancellations, resourcing for instructors, booking rooms, reconciliation of payments. Manage class cancellations for public training courses, including student notifications and refunds;
  • Support and work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Services Teams;
  • Communicate all necessary information to customers/trainers etc for their relevant courses;
  • Communicate to customers the technical requirements and timeframe;
  • Resource Instructors & process partner and training vendor invoices;
  • Manage and monitor the internal use of our training classrooms;
  • Manage and register the use of our Computer Based Training products;
  • Create and maintain reports on what is delivered on a bi-weekly basis;
  • Assist with analysis and reporting on Revenue and Expenses;
  • Manage customer requests and questions by phone or email;
  • Escalate technical issues to technical experts.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience);
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal;
  • Fluent in French;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Bookkeeping experience, such as working with invoices, POs, financial reconciliations, also required;
  • Be able to work cross-functionally with customers, partners and employees;
  • Be able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Outlook;
  • Able to quickly learn and use multiple systems.
