Channel Business Manager

Your Opportunity 
Milestone Systems is currently looking for a commercially and technically experienced salesperson who is a true hunter, understands technology and can build and manage a portfolio of dedicated partners in Eastern Europe. As a Channel Business Manager, you will have a key role in the further development of this important territory, where your main responsibility will be to deliver on the business objectives. Using your expertise and knowledge you will have the opportunity to grow and expand the business with key Milestone partners You will also be responsible for prioritizing your accounts and the attention given, with the aim of maximizing the business potential of the portfolio.

Your job task will include: 
  • Sales of Milestone products via our two-tier channel
  • Building, driving and deepening the relationships with key systems integrators, consultants and selected end users 
  • Building and acting upon business plans with managed partners.
  • Managing, developing and expanding territory reseller partner base
  • Representing the company products and solutions at events, seminars and exhibitions 
  • Working with Salesforce CRM on a daily basis 
  • Ensuring forecast accuracy
  • The job will require travelling in the region 
  • Living the Milestone core values of Reliability, Openness, Innovation, Flexibility and Independence and maintain the highest standard of professional behavior and integrity
Your professional qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in business, Economy or equivalent
  • 5 sales experience with a proven track record
  • Strong IT skills specifically with MS Office
  • Fluency in English is mandatory 
  • Experience from security and/or video surveillance is an advantage
  • Fluency in Russian, Polish or Czech language is a strong advantage

  • Self-organized and with good sense for prioritizing own tasks
