HR Administrator

HRS Bulgaria was founded in 2012 with the mission to provide faster recruitment services with better quality, more flexibility toward the client and 100% customer focus. We started as a start-up and now we’re one of the largest recruitment agencies on the whole market, nurturing our flexible and team-oriented culture from day one.

Due to the expansion of our team, we are now looking for a:

 
HR Administrator

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administers the social benefits in the company  (vouchers, additional health insurance, etc.);
  • Supervises the payments process toward main suppliers, related to recruitment process;
  • Acts as the link between the payroll, sales, recruitment and accounting teams;
  • Facilitates the hiring and onboarding of new employees;
  • Responsible for administering various HR databases;
  • Takes active part in organizing various events (team buildings, company parties, training, etc.);
  • Supports the company management with any administrative and organizational issues that are connected to human resources management within the company;
  • Takes part in developing and implementing of internal policies and procedures and ensures that they are applied within the company.

Skills and qualifications needed:

  • University diploma in HR, finance or accounting would be considered an advantage;
  • 1-2 years of previous experience on a similar role or in payroll/accounting is a MUST;
  • Very good level of English;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Positive and people-centric attitude.
