HR Internship - part-time 1 year limited period, JYSK Bozhurishte

JYSK is an ambitious fast growing Danish Retail company with a solid financial background that values dedicated hard work. We have big Distribution Center in Bozhurishte, where the office is located, we have 30 stores in Bulgaria and are planning to be opened many more in the coming years. We offer to our customers a wide range of goods at competitive prices, including all kinds of articles for bedroom, bathroom, living room, window and patio.


JYSK Bulgaria is looking for a HR Internship- part-time for 1 year limited period

Job description

Recruitment 

  • Post job ads in job boards and etc.– follow the ads, post them, boost them and assist SMs and DMs;
  • Make a pre-screening
  • Make phone interviews
  • Arrange interviews
  • Send tests from internal resources ; send reports to HR
  • Give feedback

Relevant Trainings

  • Assist with help regarding trainings like – communicating, printing materials, organising events etc.
  • Translating materials for trainings – ex. M-learnings, mini-manuals, presentations and etc.

Attractive place to work

  • Make hiring and exit interviews and provide report to direct manager
  • Help with EB activities – share ideas, support organisation, marketing materials, participate in activities and etc.
  • Be a communicator with an external partners, when is necessary
  • Different other activities
  • Organise team buildings
  • Help with organisation Annual Party
Qualifications

  • Passion for HR and willing to learn
  • Fluent English (both written & verbal)
  • Friendly and “customer first” oriented attitude
  • Ability to organize own work, to communicate efficient, to prioritize workload to meet deadlines; Multitasking
  • Initiative, good team skills and flexible personality
  • Positive, problem solving attitude
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
