HR Manager

ABC Global operates as a BPO and technology provider to companies from various arenas of the online an e-commerce field. We offer professional solutions in the sphere of IT, marketing, as well as support and direct sales.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, ambitious people to join our HR Department.

Your responsibilities:

  • To proactively engage in the development of processes and methods to improve the service and efficiency of the HR Department of the company;
  • Act as first point of contact for key stakeholders in the recruitment process – i.e. candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues and provide advice on recruitment processes and procedures;
  • Providing advice and expertise to assist the Company Managers of various departments in being equipped to hire the best candidates in an efficient, compliant and cost-effective manner;
  • Sourcing candidates through various sources with a focus on direct hiring, as well as head-hunting;
  • Ensuring compliance and candidate experience through guiding hiring managers in the areas of interview process and protocol, selection and feedback;
  • Lead improvement projects in talent acquisition and support in educating headhunting skills among local members;

Your Profile

  • Self- driven, motivated and proactive person;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bulgarian;
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the HR field, with a focus on talent acquisition at an advanced level;
  • Organizational, planning and coordination skills with great attention to detail; experience with handling multiple priorities at a time;
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.


  • Experience in a multinational environment or organization;
  • Experience in a variety of roles throughout the candidate’s employment history;
  • Other languages.
