  • Provides the support essential for reinforcing organization`s governance and troubleshooting challenges to governance effectiveness
  • Deep understanding of order/process flows per deal/sphere and ability to work with minimal to no instructions
  • Provides data input services and drives the review of financial forecasting and invoicing activities to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy
Run analyses for:

-       Sales Pipeline changes;
-       Project revenue and Cost anomalies;
-       Define action teams and follow up;

  • Drives internal communications and works with stake holders to drive workflow quality and effectiveness
  • Organizes stakeholder meetings, and the following communications in order to track key decisions and following up on actions
  • Gathers and ensures the input requirements necessary to identify trending issues or challenges within the account/organization and proposes solutions
  • Manages account/organization documentation and record-keeping processes, and ensures the appropriate maintenance, storage, and archival of this material
  • Creates and maintains SharePoint platforms
  • Execution and analysis of customer and/or service delivery surveys and providing formal outputs to leadership
  • Schedules and actively participates/or leads in project service reviews
  • Exercises deep understanding, usage and reporting of account/organization KPIs
  • Providing point of contact and accountability for account/organization Planning Process and
  • Governance of various Business reviews
  • Works collaboratively and proactively with the Team under minimal supervision  to ensure service excellence
  • Logs and continuously updates and monitors new sales/ demand & supply opportunities into the appropriate tools and systems and works to facilitate development of proposals

What do you need to be successful?
  • Fluent in written and verbal English;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills ( Excel and PowerPoint are a must )
  • Advanced knowledge at SAP BW
  • Financial, business orientation and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work with no instructions
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines and meet all relevant SLAs/KPIs
  • Ability to work with limited to none of supervision
  • Strong prioritization, project management and time management skills 
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Highly organized
