Senior Leader Business Analysis

Join our team as Senior Leader in Business Analysis

Key responsibilities:

Business and Operations Management:
  • Provide strategic and thought leadership to team, peers and stakeholders, covering all processes in GBS
  • Drive the execution and delivery of the Global reporting and Data analytics strategy
  • Drive innovation and best practices forward to implementation
  • Keep oversight over business requirement gathering: Monitoring all requests from the operations to understand and stratify the requests
  • Participate in the management meetings to gather information related to the business requests as well as give status updates on existing and future requests
  • Solution building: Coordinate team meetings/workshops to brainstorm and build solutions based on the requirements
  • Solution Testing and Implementation
  • Coordinate the implementation with the developers and business
Analysis:
  • Work closely together with Business to understand needs and translate them for our developers.
  • Utilize all available resources to gather data and information to perform detailed business analysis
  • Makes recommendations and act as sounding board for process improvement related projects
  • Implement static, dynamic and embedded analytics in the BI Dashboard Applications
  • Investigate and assess additional analytical views to increase added value from reporting and dashboards
People Management:
  • Contribute to strategic planning and achievement of the team goals by developing initiatives and solutions to improve application quality, process and scalability in a resource (people and systems) effective manner
  • Team Management and Team Engagement
Job Qualifications and Requirement
  • University degree required/ MBA preferred
  • 8+ years direct supervisory or managerial role overseeing operations/support and providing guidance, some experience leading through subordinate managers
  • 1+ years shared service center/ BPO sector experience required
  • Experience with global business practices
  • Excellent Written and spoken English, second foreign language is an advantage
  • Good Change Management attitude, pro-activity towards innovation and capability to facilitate the change across departments and Business units
  • Project management – certified and/or experienced
  • Good Training Capabilities: explanation of business processes and rules, illustration of the ERP functionalities
  • Good understanding of consolidation principles and reporting in a large multinational environment.
