Customer Experience Specialist (situated in Sofia)

VIVACOM is a leader in providing high-tech services of a new generation - mobile and fixed voice services; high speed broadband internet access through fiber optic, copper and satellite infrastructure; data transmission services via the mobile and fixed networks; and individual telecommunication solutions tailor-made for the client.

We are looking for a motivated and inspiring natural leader to join our Customer Experience department on the position Customer Experience Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

  • To create and to coordinate execution of the yearly/Q customer experience road map and activities focusing on deadlines and high quality delivered results
  • To participate in regular meetings aiming synergy between customer experience and marketing activities. To make sure that VOC is presented in the best way
  • To lead/take part in strategic projects focusing on better customer experience in the field of sales, after-sales support, customer service, digital experience, self-care services, etc
  • To lead/take part in projects targeting the creation of exceptional customer experience culture across the company
  • Take responsibility to re-design/design of strategic processes with direct customer impact aiming to provide:
    • seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
    • provide same information across all touchpoints
  • To track the effectiveness of implemented customer experience activities through regular deep-dives and ad-hocs analyses. Take immediate action in case of under-delivery of respective activities.

RESPECTIVE CANDIDATE SHOULD COVER THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

  • Master or bachelor degree in Marketing, Sociology, Business administration, Economics or similar
  • Excellent level of English – written and verbal
  • Experience in the following areas:
    • Customer experience, in Telco industry or others, will be considered as an advantage;
    • Usability tests
    • Project leading
    • Product design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentations skills
