ServiceNow Administrator

Now you have the chance to join them as a ServiceNow Administrator who will be involved in daily administration, maintenance and configuration of the ServiceNow instance, using all available knowledge tools and resources to achieve the defined service level objectives. The role will take active participation in incident & request management, requirements and solution definition, supporting and testing.

As part of our team you will be responsible for:
  • Perform daily administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance, including making approved changes to process and workflows.
  • Work directly with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
  • Configuring Catalog items, Reports, Dashboards, Homepages, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Tables, Forms, Workflows, SLA definitions and other technical tasks as identified.
  • Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation, making use of the knowledge base module within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate effectively with the ServiceNow Developers and Consultants within the team and escalate advanced scripting and development tasks to them if required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support.
  • Ensure constant self-development through day to day work duties, web-based trainings, and any other available tools.

If you have:
  • Working experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator, including ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) experience as a must.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Active Directory Integration and ServiceNow Orchestration.
  • At least basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript).
  • Experience working with Catalog items, Reports, Dashboards, Homepages, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Tables, Forms, Workflows, SLA definitions.
  • Experience with ongoing maintenance and scheduling updates/patching of ServiceNow instance(s).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Excellent English skills
