System Administrator

Today we are giving you the chance to build a career in one of the biggest IT outsourcing companies at the position of a System Administrator.

As a System Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Manages the day-to-day operation of computer networks including new implementations, system monitoring, hardware and software support, training, and special projects
  • Planning, design and implementation of data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems
  • Design/implement/support VPN interconnectivity between clients, corporate offices, connectivity with third party providers
  • Practical experience with installation, administrating or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and its most common roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server)
  • Participation in Incident lifecycle management, Perform Root Cause Analysis, Devise and Implement corrective action plans
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks associated with the needs of the IT team

If you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with computer systems or networking
  • Experience working with computer hardware/software for installation/upgrading procedures
  • Knowledge/experience in Active Directory user administration
  • Expertise in LAN/WAN concepts, routers, bridges, TCP/IP, frame relay and network management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system problems
  • Communication skills to interact with support personnel, customers, and managers
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Very good level of English – at least B2
  • Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize work

As an advantage will be considered:
  • Knowledge of VLANs, Subnetting, Routing and Switching, good understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure, Skype for Business, VMware, McAfee, ServiceNow, Cloud Solutions
  • ITIL methodology awareness
  • Cisco CCNA certificate
  • Understanding of Ticketing Systems
