Recruitment Specialist

Your Role:

You would be required to apply existing strategies and contribute for the development of new recruitment strategies with regards to promoting the company's brand, thus enusring more applications of actively looking for a job applicants, as well as to attract passive candidates to apply for our vacancies. You would be involved in our dynamic and professionally structured business process and will be responsible for the entire communication process with candidates, while keeping our internal track record system up-to-date, and ensuring the right candidates were approached. Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on activities related to every aspect of the full life cycle of the recruitment and selection process within the company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To ensure a regular pre-screening process and conduct phone interviews with pre-selected applicants;
  • To work actively with our internal database system: status updates, candidates' sourcing, and ensuring a regular flow of interviews with passive candidates;
  • To lead the first stage of the recruitment process by conducting a first interview in person with the applicants which are fitting each specific job profile;
  • To communicate actively with Hiring Managers and present approved candidates;
  • To provide regular feedback to candidates;
  • To keep a clear documentation of the recruitment and selection process;
  • To identify the most appropriate sources, social media channels and job portals with regards to ensuring promotion of the company's vacancies;
  • To use actively social media channels and attract passive candidates for our vacancies thus ensuring a bigger number of potential candidates for each job opening;
  • To prepare and post job adverts in various local and international job portals and social media platfroms;
  • To communicate with staffing agencies when and as needed;
  • To report directly to the Recruitment Manager and prepare regular reports on the activity.

Our Requirements:

  • One year of a previous experience in the area of recruitment of personnel – preferably in a staffing agency will be taken as a strong advantage, but it is not a must;
  • Excellent knowledge in English language – both written and spoken;
  • Relevant educational background – preferably in the area of Human resources studies or other disciplines with focus on working with people and social interaction;
  • Excellent knowledge about the labor market specifics – awareness about candidates’ expectations, as well as our main competitors and other major players on the market activity;
  • Team player, but capable to work with a minimum supervision as well;
  • Excellent time management skills and capable to work under pressure and deliver results within strict deadlines;
  • Analytical & problem solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Personal skills such as friendly attitude, positive approach, high level of communication skills, and being able to interact effectively with other team members are a mandatory.
