German/English Customer support - FinTech Company

Workplace: Sofia

You will be responsible for:
- Serving clients over the phone, email and online chat;
- Consulting clients about on-line payments, e-commerce and financial services;
- Checking e-commerce project applications and enabling services;
- Identifying new clients and registering them in the system.

We expect you to:
- Have at least 1 year of experience serving clients over the phone and/or email;
- Possess very good computer skills and type quickly;
- Be fluent in written and spoken German and English;
- Knowledge in the banking industry will be considered an advantage.

It would be nice if you:
- Had experience in finance;
- Knew other languages.
