Service Delivery Account Coordinator

Currently looking for a Service Delivery Account Coordinator with English. The primary function of the Service Delivery account coordinator will be to perform data analysis and reconciliations to help Service Delivery Managers drive improvements in STP rates, and other buyer customer KPIs




  • Fluency in written and oral English
  • High command of Excel, Word and Microsoft office package in general
  • Internal procedures
  • AP generic processes
  • Evidence of a good standard of education ~ Degree, Baccalaureate, or equivalent.

Some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Act as BAU account administrator, helping SDMs keep buyers’ and their supplier’s data in synch on the company
  • Perform data reconciliations for Service Delivery portfolio of buyer customers, and coordinate updates/ deletion of records and relationship statuses
  • Perform data analysis and help put statistics in format for external presentation to SDM customers.
  • Monitor BAU service and buyer customer reports and serve as an alert for where those are failing to get sent out
  • Ensure all SDM buyer customer report subscriptions are up to date and help amend those where applicable.
  • Help SDMs translate and enrich internal reporting data to the desired format by specific buyer customer
  • Help SDMs facilitate and maintain up to date documentation•
