HR Generalist

Since we had opened an office in Sofia in 2005, we are constantly attracting talented people and help them develop their potential. To ensure the expansion of our Operations Center in Varna, Bulgaria we are now looking to recruit an HR Generalist.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist plays main role in the implementation and coordination of human resources policies and practices and performs a variety of activities in multiple functional areas of HR, including recruiting, administration, benefits, compensation, training & professional development, and employee relations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plays active role in creation, implementation and improvement of new or existing HR procedures, programs and projects;
  • Administers human resources activities ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures;
  • Manages the internal HR documentation flow and HR data maintenance;
  • Works with the Operations department on the staffing needs; participates in the applicants’ interviewing process and manages the hiring process;
  • Leads corporate induction trainings;
  • Effectively manages employee relations issues;
  • Provides day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on a broad range of HR topics, including legal regulations, benefits, performance management, etc.;
  • Involved in Performance evaluation and the Performance Improvement Processes;
  • Assists in development and implementation of the company’s training and development program;
  • Manages the internal selection process;
  • Involved in team building events organization;
  • Manages the employment termination process;
  • Performs regular reports and analysis of the HR data according to the management needs;
  • Coordinates regular Health and Safety activities as per the legal requirements.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent. Masters degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years experience in the HR field seasoned in one or more of the following areas: HR administration, recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, etc.

Competencies

  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and practices including Healthy and safety working conditions;
  • Ability to work independently without immediate supervision;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure;
  • Attention to details, preciseness when dealing with data;
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English;
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office application;
