Sales Representative OHC

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Promote Philips Oral Healthcare products to dental professionals in Central South & Central North Bulgaria.
  • Fully understand the science behind the product, usages and the market;
  • Attend local, regional and national trade shows as defined by territory needs;
  • Drive point of sale presence and activity, building the brand.

You are responsible for

  • Developing professional relationships with dental partners, building a business network and developing the market for Philips Oral Healthcare products;
  • Introducing Philips Oral Healthcare products to dental professionals to gain their trial and recommendation;
  • Creating and maintaining database of dental offices in the assigned area;
  • Capturing, assessing and reporting on market developments, opinion leaders, trends, competitors’ activities or any relevant activity in the dental field;
  • Driving and sharing local market insights;
  • Driving development and execution of local activation plans, analysis and knowledge;
  • Influencing in building strategy for dental communication with the Line Manager and Marketing Manager H&W.

You are a part of

The Sales Team Bulgaria and you will report to the Key Account Manager for Oral Healthcare. You will be working most of the time remotely and will be collaborating with many teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Higher education;
  • 2-3 years of proven successful experience in a sales environment;
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, with very good analytical and planning skills;
  • Strong negotiation abilities;
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office);
  • Good English knowledge;
  • Valid driving license and experience.
