Insurance Support Specialist with German

Your Role and Responsibilities :

The IBM Client Innovation Center for Cognitive Process Services was founded in 2007. It provides support services in 15 languages related to finance, administration, marketing analysis and research and transition management with focus on European countries.

The Insurance Specialist ensures that operational records, including client’s back office data, are valid and accurate. Maintains process compliance in accordance with the Internal Accounting procedures. Reviews, analyzes, validates and processes financial data rigorously following the set guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Update and maintain data in insurance policies after all required validations and checks are performed as per the Internal Operational policies and procedures.
Perform electronic client data check vs initially scanned documents (insurance policies).
Supplement data to electronic insurance policy records;
Validate the uploaded insurance policy data;
Timely and satisfactory resolution of queries.
Display knowledge of Clients’ processes and policy.
Process insurance claims and requests;
File/Retrieve insurance claims.
Collaborate with various personnel in fulfilling assigned job duties.
Work with various departments within the company.
Collection and maintenance of backup documentation for all transactions to ensure an Audit Trail exists.
Ensure compliance with internal controls.
Contribute to all team objectives and deadlines
*No Voice services are required.


Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

Language skills :

German - B2 or higher level

Excellent computer literacy

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

Background in insurance and relevant skills
English (B2 )
Experience in a multinational environment
