HR Coordinator Svoge Plant

Svoge Chocolate plant, part of Mondelēz International, is looking to hire an HR Coordinator in the Human Resources department.

Responsabilities:

Employee Administration

  • Serve as first point of contact for employees’ HR questions
  • Prepare the legal required documentation for employment change
  • Update required databases/files with employees’ data as per current legislation and company policies
  • Keep track records of awards and other benefits
  • Operate with HR systems for administration
  • Comply with current BG legislation and company policies

Recruitment and Selection

  • Maintain contact with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or recruiting agency for the local selections and ensure local deployment of the centrally designed tools and processes
  • Act as contact persons for external candidates, selection suppliers, student associations for early careers
  • Prepare and communicate the external offer to preferred candidates and administer new hires


Support Payroll

  • Collect, consolidate and address all payroll related information to Payroll team

Qualifications

Required

  • University degree level equivalent
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of BG Labor Code
  • Fluent in English
  • Interpersonal savvy: strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Diplomacy and tact – able to handle sensitive and confidential data in a proper manner
  • Highly organized
  • Team player

Preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
