Administration Supervisor

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Plan, direct and monitor Administration activities;
• Plan and track office and administration expenses;
• Prepare corporate compliance reports;
• Serve as first point of escalation for all administrative issues;
• Assign tasks to department members, provide directions and ensure tasks are completed;
• Evaluate, develop and recommend office procedures and practices to senior management;
• Develop and update Travel Policy;
• Communicate with Global Supply Chain Management/Procurement;
• Log tickets for supplier/employee set up;
• Coordinate the purchasing process in the office by validating approvals;
• Serve as a preparer of Purchase Requisitions;
• Manage the documentation and archive of the contracts with suppliers and service providers.

Do you have the following?

• Fluency in English;
• Bachelor degree; Master degree would be an advantage;
• At least 1 year of professional experience on relevant position;
• Experience in managing teams;
• Computer literacy, experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is an advantage;
• Able to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High level of planning and organizational skills;
• Very good presentation & communication skills;
• Positive attitude towards colleagues, customers and partners;
• Experience in multicultural environment.
