General Adminstration Trainee

Perrigo Bulgaria multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for General Administration Trainee to join our winning team.
The ideal candidate will have superior communication and organizational skills, flexible, and ready to support our country team. If you are energetic, patient and engaging while answering phones and greeting clients/suppliers. In addition to general administrative duties, the role owner will support our finance team with general administration and assist advisors with travel arrangements.

Your main responsibilities would be:
Financial support
Booking of purchase invoices for stock in the accounting system (training will be provided)
Issuance of sales invoice/delivery note in the accounting system (training will be provided)
Communication with clients for completion of orders, missing quantities, expectance date of out of stock items, sending invoices, etc.
Support with financial reporting (training will be provided)

General administration
Preparing and archiving various documents, handling with courier deliveries and shipments
Processing of incoming invoices, tracking of expense reports, attendance reports, fuel sheets, etc.
Ordering and managing the stationary
Travel management support

Role and background requirements:
Have relevant university degree
Have excellent MS Office skills
Have excellent English
Are open and positive person
Self-driven and Deadline oriented
Responsible and organized
Team Work Player
Accepts responsibility for own performance
