Sales Manager

E-Motive is a trusted service provider for multichannel solutions, that operates worldwide.

Our team sells, optimizes and provides customer service in more than 15 countries across Europe, Asia and USA. We have business clients and we manage their online trades.
E-motive provides outsourced services to sellers, brands and manufacturers to enable them to represent themselves on multichannel e-commerce platforms, this predominately is ebay and amazon. We also provide services directly to ebay and represent them in a number of countries around the world.

For our office in Varna, we are looking for a Sales Manager with English.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

-Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by yourself and successfully managing the sales team
-Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
-Research answers or solutions as needed;
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
-Continuously move opportunities along in the sales process, directly engage with prospective customers, and close sales
-Develop sales proposals designed to meet individual client needs. Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing of services with new clients with support from other team members.
-Ensure high-levels of client satisfaction and identify areas for potential for account growth
-Articulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client.
-Developing a deep knowledge of E-Motive services to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits

What we expect from the candidates:

-Excellent command in English (both writing and speaking);
-Experienced sales person with demonstrable solution-based selling, communication and presentation skills
-Be open-minded and have good social skills;
-Detail oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
-Self-motivated, a team player;
-Growth mindset: Enthusiastic with desire for continuous learning and improvement
-Proven successful ability to sell business solutions, on e-commerce is advance


-Experience of the digital & technology industries with skills in Analytics, Big Data, CRM & Customer Services, Marketing and Sales applications
-Vertical expertise in one or more of the following: Retail, Automotive industry, Home and gardening, Cosmetics, Merchandise, Utilities
