Senior Human Capital Generalist with English

TTEC are searching for an experienced, engaged and empathetic Senior Human Capital Generalist to join our Team in Sofia Bulgaria.

As a Senior Human Capital Generalist, you will be working with your customers across all levels and departments to deliver a meaningful employee experience.

What does a day in the life of a Senior Human Capital Generalist look like:

• Working with and advising your internal customers on HR related policies, programs and procedures;
• Participating in the execution of all end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: Personnel Administration, Data Administration and Document Management, Time and Attendance, Performance Management, HR Reporting, utilizing HR Information system /SAP;
• Supporting the HC manager on all employee relations tasks, including but not limited to performance management, meeting moderation, note taking .etc.;
• Functioning as a key member of the HC team working on the continued development of HR practices and policies with an emphasis on continuous improvement, compliance with all employment law and high performance;
• Supporting the Employee Engagement strategy for TTEC Bulgaria – Great Place To Work;
• Work as part of the EMEA HC team, learn and grow with other HC Professionals.

What we are looking for from you:

  • 3+ years experience in an HR environment as a Generalist; Previous experience in HR administration or payroll role
  • Experience of completing administration in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • University education
  • High degree of autonomy, proactive and with teamwork skills
  • Very good communication skills and strong customer service attitude
  • Very good command of English, both written and verbal.
