Order management specialist with French or Italian

Their main qualifications are within the customer and technical support proven to be on world class level. Currently Sutherland has 5 offices in Bulgaria – 3 in Sofia, 1 in Burgas and 1 in Varna.

Description of the Role: The main focus of the role is providing order management support to customers - STANDARD BUSINESS HOURS. 

Requirements:
• Excellent French/Italian and good English language skills;
• Accounting & Finance Background
• Responsible & Understands Order Management Process
• Preferred one or more years of experience providing support on Order Management Process
• Proven ability to multi-task and work through ambiguous requirements
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to respond to emails in proper vocabulary of supported language
• Maintain high level of soft-skills and telephone etiquette skills
• Awareness on key metrics and targets
• Experience working on ERPs (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)

Your responsibilities: 
• Purchase Orders arrive via email
• Order entry on our internal order management system
• Follow up on shipment status
• Sending backlog to customers 
• Submitting special price/volume requests
• Work and maintain relationship with channel sales teams
