Learning Program Manager

Do you have a deep understanding of the digital learning experience? Do you seek to improve the engagement of people who are considering what they need to learn in the process of learning? 

We are looking for a Learning Design and Program Manager with instructional design experience who thrives in a pro-active, detail-oriented, and fast-paced environment. This is a new role and is ideal for a creative instructional designer who can establish clear behavior-based program outcomes and create an engaging and adaptive learning experience. This role requires a willingness to challenge models and push the level of creativity. This person will report to the Global Instructional Design & Professional Development Manager.

Duties and responsibilities
Design and manage the Onboarding Program that is directly related to the workforce development strategy for the company.
Design the program that consistently achieves predictable results across all global regions. Manage design and development in an agile, iterative approach.
Work closely with global business partners and stakeholders to define program goals and success metrics that directly impact performance and business results.
Create highly interactive and engaging learning using a wide variety of learning techniques that generate practice, feedback, reflection, and application on the job.
Lead a team of content developers, SMEs, User Experience designers, and facilitators to develop and implement the program across the global organization.
Partner with Master Instructors to pilot new elements.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers to design a train the trainer. Establish and lead regular program reviews to ensure program goals are being met and business impact is achieved.
Design learning assets for online, blended learning, and adaptive learning.
Gain a deep understanding of the organization, roles, performance factors, and learning environment. Design programs that meet the needs of a culturally-diverse global team.

Skills and competencies
Experience in a learning & development role, designing curriculums with business impact.
Experience designing large scale programs with accountability for improving results.
Project management of programs with global stakeholders.
Degree or certificate in Instructional Design or related field, or Education with an emphasis in Education technology.
Experience applying a modern learning approach.
Experience designing large scale, multi-week programs aligned with organizational growth and strategy. Experience designing blended learning, social, microlearning, and virtual learning.
Rapid development process techniques such as Agile.
Experience working with a global team of SME, developers, and instructors to build content.
