Human Resources Specialist

Our team is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join us.

If you have:

  • Excellent English (written and spoken);
  • Bachelor diploma in economics or humanitarian profile (obtained professional qualification in the subject Human Resources Management / Business Administration / International Business Relations or similar).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation;
  • Experience in the field of human resources administration;
  • Other administrative experience.

Some of the responsibilities you'll have:

  • Performs the following tasks related to the process of hiring staff for different positions and projects in the company, such as:
    • Responsible for compliance in all legal requirements: contracts signing, registration, confirmation of the rights of candidates and others, but not only;
    • Initial and periodic briefing of new and current employees;
    • Maintains up-to-date books for initial and periodic instruct, sick leaves record and etc.
  • Performs all activities related to new employees, maintains working relationships, terminates employment contracts and responds to employees complains and others, such as:
    • Updates and maintains personal records of the employees in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation, ensuring the presence of a complete set of documents in the file;
    • Prepares and signs in appendices when changing the contract of the employees;
    • Prepares any documents related to labor relations;
    • Conducts an exit interviews and organizes the process of terminating the contracts and conclusion of contracts;
    • Works in a complex with management at all levels;
    • Works to employee motivation and company retention;
  • Performs other administrative duties, including but not limited to:
    • Tracking any human resource reports and prepares analyzes;
    • Identifies potential areas for improvement and proposes solutions;
    • Checks and sends monthly reports of absence of employees to the Accountants;
    • Prepares presentations, business trip reports and payment documents;
    • Ensures preparation of timetables and orders for overtime;
    • Updates the monthly and quarterly information about the employees in the probation period, salary changes, position changes, additional benefits and others;
    • Collecting and regularly updating information about the use of paid annual leave to all employees from the date of entry to their last day in the company;
    • Follows the holiday requests and sick leaves to respond to actual absences by preparing a monthly report;
    • Maintains contact with the health insurance company and occupational health firm and monitors the staff's assistance and documentation to be in good standing, negotiates terms of service, signing contracts and others;
    • Administers additional benefits for company employees; vendors;
  • Manages business correspondence and organizes company documentation;
  • Communicates with external organizations and all departments of the company;
  • Presents the company to state authorities on human resources issues;
  • Develops the maintenance of regular internal communication: monthly updates, news, stories, etc;
  • Active participation in campaigns and events for positioning the company as an Employer, such as conferences and career fairs;
  • Other liabilities;
