Polish, Romanian, Croatian or Czech Speaking Customer Care Agent

Our office in Sofia is based in the city center and employs more than 800 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. For one of our campaigns we are looking for positive and enthusiastic Polish, Romanian, Croatian or Czech Speaking Customer Care Agent.


The role:
  • Communicate via telephone, chat or e-mail with existing customers in order to solve their issues
  • Give information about the product to existing customers and prospects and handle the inquiries on basics in a case closing manner
  • Transfer more difficult inquiries to third level if necessary
  • Chore of gaining information about what customers expect/want from the client and e.g. identifying customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators
  • Navigating multiple systems simultaneously in order to update e-records promptly and accurately
  • Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team to provide feedback and suggestions to help the company grow & retain its customer base


The candidate:
  • Has good command of both spoken and written English
  • Has good level of one of the following languages: Polish, Romanian, Croatian or Czech
  • Has experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial
  • Is able to maintain composure when interacting with a diverse range of telephone callers who can become difficult or distressed
  • Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology
  • Has proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping
  • Has excellent MS Office Professional skills
