Order Management Coordinator fluent in English for HP Account

In this position, you will:
  • Retrieve daily order management requests and investigates parts status in all order management applications;
  • Monitor and acts upon daily reports on parts and orders status; follows up until closure 
  • Deal with order hold management, manual orders, loans, hotlines, shipments and any other enquiry received. Identify and clear restrictions placed on orders and on parts as per process targets and guidelines advocated by the process and the functional manager.
  • Execute PO release reports, including communication and alignment with Import/Export teams, considering communicated restrictions
  • Ensure immediate follow-up on the possible issues that might occur – IT issues, request delays, feedback delays, etc. which could prevent the orders or parts from being processed 
  • Ensure timely and accurately revision of the requested reports
  • Participate to daily/ weekly/ monthly reviews of the activity performed as per request and act upon the actions logged in a timely and accurately manner
  • Maintain communication with customers through the available order management channels on process related information.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience);
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Familiar with use of SAP is an advantage.
