Talent Acquisition Lead

The Company:

iGaming.com Ltd, part of an international group, is an affiliate marketing company in the iGaming industry. We build websites for lead generation via organic Google rankings, with the goal of providing helpful information to our visitors. This approach ensures that visitors can make educated decisions, while providing valuable leads for our partners and long-term growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • developing sustainable recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and presenting them to the management for discussion
  • consulting the management level in matters of recruitment and talent acquisition
  • partnering with hiring managers to enhance accuracy in job descriptions
  • advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
  • networking to identify passive candidates through industry contacts, trade groups, social media, and employees
  • contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
  • screening a high volume of inbound resumes and recommending qualified candidates
  • determining applicant-job match by an extended recruiting process which includes, but not only: accomplishing and analyzing interviews, verifying the applicants’ references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • representing the company at job fairs and career events
  • developing and suggesting employer branding strategies for the company
  • participation in organising team events and initiatives
  • supporting the entire HR team in all initiatives where that is needed

Requirements:

  • solid understanding of market conditions, job competencies, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment and negotiation techniques
  • exceptional listening, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • proven experience as a talent acquisition expert, at least 2 years in dynamic environment
  • excellent time management and organisational skills
  • focused and with an eye to detail
  • advanced level of English
