ZAD“Allianz Bulgaria“ is a part of Allianz SE - a world leader in insurance and financial services.
The company has over 128 year’s history, experience, company policy and high standards for its customers and employees. In relation to the expansion of our team we are currently looking for serious and ambitious candidates for the position: Controller (Ref. №K-A). This position is ideal for a recent graduate.

Controller (Ref. № K-A)

Responsibilities:

- The position holder shall be a member of the Controlling department of Allianz Group in Bulgaria with focus on Sales Controlling, Reporting and Sales Support;

- As member of a key department, contributes to the fulfillment of the Financial Targets of Allianz Bulgaria, which also necessitates active interaction with the other departments in reference to overall controlling;

- Prepares and develops budgeting model for sales business planning;

- Controls the results of the companies per business lines, distribution channels as well as the acquisition and other sales-related expenses (explains the deviations actual vs plan, actual vs last year and any other deviations from the normal levels);

- Prepares and presents various managements and ad–hoc reports to the Senior Management of Allianz Group and suggests actions to improve the financial result of the companies;

- Prepares various analysis in respect of developing and implementation of different remuneration schemes connected with the distribution management

- Calculate and controls the payments of all kinds of incentive to the sales force;

- Optimizes sales costs and business processes;

- Participation in Projects and Expert Work Groups in the field of Controlling and other Finance and Business related activities;

- Analyzes the development of insurance and pension market;

- Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement within own area of responsibility;
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in a quantitative discipline such as finance, math, actuarial, risk, economics, business, accounting;
- The job will require automation of certain task and therefore high level of computer literacy (Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, Access, etc.), work with databases, extraction and analysis of data, ability to understand and write SQL and use of programming languages is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English language is a must;
- High level of communication skills, dedication and responsibility;
- Analytical thinking, numerical skills and eagerness to learn ability to prioritize and meet timelines;
