International Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The International Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of all products and systems for dry construction that Technogips offers in 18 countries in Europe.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Promote Technogips Pro products and systems solutions internationally.
• Manage the international sales team, including hiring, career growth, and skills building.
• Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Maintain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; managing customer expectations and anticipating new opportunities.
• Forecast and develop annual sales quotas for regions and countries; projecting expected sales volume; analyzing market trends and results in different countries; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating different sales strategies; developing field sales action plans for all countries where we are present.
• Manage contract terms and conditions with international clients
• Manage business intelligence activities: Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and enable effective business threat mitigation.


• Minimum BA or BSc university diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills
• High-energy, self-motivated personality
• Proficiency in English. Second foreign language will be considered as an advantage
• Must be able to travel 40-60 % of the time
• Experience with Microsoft Office
