HR Business Partner

Fintrade Finance is licensed non-banking financial institution, registered by the Bulgarian National Bank. The company is specialized in providing operational funding for micro and small businesses. The business model of Fintrade allows its clients to have accessible financing in order to obtain working capital or investment funds aimed at raising the efficiency of their business and developing its full market potential. The company was established in 2015 and nowadays has national coverage, 70+ employees and more than 2 000 business clients.

Fintrade Finance is growing and now it is time to establish a HR Business Partner role. The ideal candidate for the position will have core specialization in the recruitment domain, excellent communication, be comfortable in entrepreneurial setting and can work effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Job description:
• Establish hiring criteria and required competencies;
• Identify internal and external recruitment sources (for example, employee referrals, online job boards, etc.) and implement selected recruitment methods;
• Develop tactics to brand/market the Fintrade Finance to potential qualified applicants;
• Implement selection procedures, including applicant tracking, interviewing, testing, reference and background checking;
• Support and extend employment /promotion offers and related documentation;
• Implement and evaluate orientation processes for new hires, rehires, and transfers;
• Conduct a needs and gaps assessment to identify and establish priorities regarding recruitment and development activities;
• Support the employee development efforts and programs (for example, sales, leadership skills, digital competence skills, etc.) to increase individual and organizational effectiveness;
• Develop, implement and evaluate employee communication and relations programs (for example, news, awards, recognition, discounts, special events) that promote a positive organizational culture;
• Implement and evaluate retention strategies, practices and succession planning process;
• Full support to the personnel administration process (outsourced to external provider), including coordination and documentation collection.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in recruitment;
• Self-starter, proactive mindset and can do attitude;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• English language proficiency (min. B2 according to the CEFR);
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
