Helpdesk Specialist

Your daily challenges:

As a member of our In-house IT Support team, you are a highly motivated and energetic individual with end-user administration experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop systems. Your daily tasks will include Users Administration in Active Directory environment; installation and monitoring of IT Security related tools: AV, Removable Device Management, etc. You would also provide support to the Network team in administration of the company’s network infrastructure – creation of new network segments and different VPNs.

Your technical expertise should include:
  • Windows based System Administration experience
  • Experience in Desktop applications
  • Strong experience in Active Directory GPO configuration and administration
  • Experience with SCCM would be considered as a strong advantage
What are our expectations:
  • Minimum 1 years in Windows-based system administration experience, preferably in a large enterprise environment
  • University degree in related field
  • Good command of English
