An International commodities publishing company, with offices in the UK, US, China, Singapore, France, Austria and Germany is looking to hire in its Sofia office, a customer & sales support executive with fluent English. We publish daily news and intelligence on the global steel, mining and energy industries and provide key data to decision makers across the world. To join our team we are looking for:

Customer Services & Sales Support Executive

THE ROLE
We are looking for a customer & sales support executive in our Sofia office to help our global customer base and sales teams. This is a graduate, entry level position and no prior work experience is required as extensive training is provided on the job.

This is a hands-on role, in a fun and friendly office part of a global team. The role is ideal for someone who wants to learn and expand all aspects of business within a digital company. The work often requires a high level of attention to detail, strong project management skills, ability to manage your time and operate in an office environment comfortably in English.

THE FOCUS - KEY AREAS:
• Administration & categorization of inbound requests
• First point of contact with existing customers questions or feedback
• Understanding customer needs and product solutions
• Clear communication with customers, achieving resolutions
• Maintaining & updated sales databaes
• Pre-Sales industry research
• Basic analytics of sales trends

THE MISSION:
Customer questions are reponded promtly and timely
100% customer satisfaction and resolution
A champion and go-to executive for customer queries
Clear communication with the global sales team
Carrying out general admin and project management tasks
Training on the job, tasks, systems and industry will be provided

ABOUT YOU
A self-starter capable of operating independently and within guidelines.
Use own initiative for customer solutions and business ideas.
Desire to improve skills, aquire new ones
An experienced Microsoft Office user
Self motivated, with a responsive attitude
Be resourceful, quick, and efficient in your work
Bright, flexible, committed - someone who takes pride in their work
Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages always a bonus
