Sales specialist

UNIKEN is an international trading company delivering, installing and maintaining various lifting equipment (elevators, escalators, platforms, etc.) by renowned manufacturers from Spain, Germany, Austria and China. We are the biggest elevator and escalator company in Bulgaria in sales, imports and maintenance. Our client’s list includes the largest construction and investment companies in the country. Significant part of our business is to provide our services in Germany, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland.

For 29 years now our focus is on providing the best professional consults to designers, architects and contractors; the world class quality products the investors need regardless of their requirements being for standard or non-standard products; reliable organization and support by qualified technicians. Apart from providing the best service, our goal is to contribute to the environment preservation by following the most innovative products achieving high energy efficiency and eco design.


We are looking for:
Sales Specialist

Job specifics/responsibilities:
• new business development - finding and contacting new (and old) customers;
• promoting our products and services;
• day to day operations following new projects, opportunities and registering them in our ERP system;
• constantly learning the products specific and developing understanding of the different solutions that can be applied;
• entering and keeping up to date projects;
• analysing customers’ inquiries, obtaining details relevant for the offer preparation;
• pricing calculations, primary correspondence with manufacturers;
• quotation preparation, correspondence with customers and meetings preparation;
• detect signs of arising problems and provide early warning to the commercial team;
• meeting customers, contacting and meeting manufacturers;
• preparing contracts, sending orders to manufacturers;...


Qualifications:
• university degree;
• experience in trade (preferable with foreign countries), administration and co-ordination within an international environment and customer engagements;
• fluent English (verbal and written), second language is an advantage;
• experience in sales of technical (lifting) equipment will be considered as a big advantage.

Communication skills:
• strong and effective communication skills;
• well-rehearsed in customer communication.

• able to set of priorities in order to achieve results;
• excellent organization and time-management skills;

Technical Skills:
Excellent computer literacy
