Internship Duration
All our internships have a duration of 3 months, with full working day, and they can start in June or July. So, if you start sometimes in June, it ends around the same date in August.

Internship Positions
We are looking for Bachelor/Master degree - 3rd, 4th year of studies.
For 2019 Program we have prepared positions in the following areas of expertise:
Road Division - handles all the services related to international road transportation
Sea Division - our newest expertise area, managing sea forwarding services accros all World
Commercial Department - client management and sales generator
HR Department - our goal is to take care about our people

At this point, You probably ask yourself „what do these guys need”?

We need a You that is:
Outgoing, full of life and ambitious
why? Because we want our team to be strong and united at all times, both in fun and work.

Communicative, with "let’s do" attitude
why? Because we are a services provider, and that means contact contact with lots of people, inside or outside of the company, who want something to be done. Usually, well and promptly.

Computer skills & English/other languages
why? We work with the WORLD, we cannot do it without computers and English.
In case you wonder how your days will look like, here’s a glimpse.

As a Road Division intern, you will need to be:
responsible – you will facilitate international commerce for some of the most recognizable trade and manufacturing companies;
detail-oriented – you will assist in the preparation/administration of Orders received from customers and check the status/trucking of the goods on a daily basis;
result-oriented – you will learn how to manage our customer’s supply chains and how to optimize the capacity of our providers;
team-player – you will support in all day to day activities – call phones, emailing and etc.

As a Sea Division intern, you will need:
binoculars – to look up status of containers on a daily basis;
patience – to handle Bulgarian customs formalities;
math skills – to sum up and record sea freight rates;
an open mind – to understand operations invisible to the naked eye;
pro-activeness – to be ahead of events and assure smooth operational activities.

As an Commercial Department intern, you will need to be:
a skillful joggler – handling smoothly and efficiently the relationships with clients and our own business teams;
„present in the moment“ – monitoring shipments, collecting statuses and delivering them swiftly to clients or business teams;
good communicator – delivering correct information in a prompt way to our partners and our colleagues;
supportive and ready to help – solving all issues;
fluent in English (writing and speaking).

As an HR intern, you will need to be:
great planner – you will support the overall recruitment process including resumes screening, interview scheduling and onboard;
legislation guru – gain a practical knowledge of the labor regulations in BG;
efficient organizer – you will offer administrative support including maintaining records and filing;
creative – help in different internal HR activities;
supportive team player – always lend a helping hand to HR Department with ad hoc tasks, as needed.
