HR and Recruitment Manager

Sirma Solutions is a global provider of complex software solutions, IT consulting and system integration across various industries. Founded in 1992, the company is continuously growing and developing itself as a market leader in the IT sector.
The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the Sirma Solutions team. Responsible for the development and deployment of an effective people strategy to support the delivery of the site business plan in line with the company strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment:


  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy/plan to effectively build and maintain a strong candidate pool and talent pipeline
  • Work with recruitment team and business unit managers to identify, attract, and select diverse, high- quality candidates
  • Conduct application reviews and interviews in a friendly, efficient, and rigorous manner
  • Reporting accurate, timely and relevant data, metrics and insights pertaining to the recruiting operations
  • Leading creative and tactical sourcing by utilizing various methods (i.e., networking, referrals, online searches, internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, user/technical groups, etc.)
  • Manages projects including: marketing, competitor organizational chart mapping, mapping professional and alumni associations, social media and social activities
  • Coach, develop, train and supervise a recruitment associates to ensure an achievement in success by building a strong network of candidates

HR duties:


  • Develop, implement and track a comprehensive HR strategy for the company.
  • Manage, develop and monitor staff benefits
  • Upkeep of HR system and up-to-date information about additional health insurance
  • Responsible for the induction of newcomers and conduct exit interviews with leavers
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase motivation and retention of talent
  • Contributing to the development and success of various talent related projects such as: employer branding, employee referral program, and university recruitment programs

The qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in HR and recruitment in IT/Software industry
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology, Human resources, Industrial management or other related
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as ability to work independently and self-directed
  • Relationship management, effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proactive attitude and problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
