We are currently looking for a Quality Claims Analyst to join our team in Sofia! The Quality Claims Analyst will become an expert on repeating Customer Quality Charge Backs for both the technical liability aspects as well as the customer financial/admin process. This role has both quality as well as finance/admin related tasks.Repeating customer deductions expertise will lead to fast closure process as well as insight on potential avoidance.


  • Support Quality Engineering group with verifying standard Customer Quality Deductions (Charge Backs);
  • Investigate repeating Customer deductions and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collect, review and analyze root cause data (from make sites, 8D, evidence, etc.);
  • Prepare Case Build for Deductions which we cannot agree to;
  • Contact customer for more data in case of missing information on customer deduction documentation;
  • Work with customer on structural improvement in case of recurring missing data;
  • Manage reporting on Quality Charge Backs' trends in numbers, cycle time, etc.;
  • Enter Debit/Credit Notes Requests into Sensata SharePoint for approved Warranty and Quality Charge backs;
  • Analyze existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • Support Quality data analysis, ad hoc analysis, trends analysis etc.


  • Bachelor Degree in technical (preferably) or business related field;
  • Work experience in Automotive Warranty/Quality business preferred;
  • Good financial acumen to set up cost estimates and analysis;
  • Excellent command of English language required, German and French language will be a strong advantage;
  • Very good communication and problem- solving skills;
  • Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize;
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office package;
  • Analytical, data driven, well organized, and detail- oriented;
