For our office in Sofia we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our small team and play an important role in its success.

He/she will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and helping customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner as well as organizing smooth office operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school degree is a minimum. University degree is preferred
Relevant experience in multinational environment
Excelent organizational and time management skills with ability to effectively manage priorities
General knowledge of customer relationship management, sales and operations functions in multinational environment
Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
Strong verbal and writen communication skills
Excelent interpersonal skills with ability to positively influence others
Ability to accurately enter and manipulate data
Ability to follow procedures and policies
Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications
Familiarity with databases and report development (SAP would be consideres as an advantage)
Ability to effectively multi-task and handle consistent workflow
Fluent in English (any regional language would be considered as an advantage)

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team to allow them to focus on revenue generating activities
Daily communication and coordination with sales team, customers service team, logistics and planning team in the region in order to assure high service standards for all customers
Provide general sales administration and support functions
Interact with customers over phone and e-mail to insure customers requirements are  met
Maintaining customer information in the corporate system
Create and execute orders and reports; maintain database to assist sales estimation process
Undertake a range of administrative activities including all activities related to office administration, project assistance, simple accounting record, control expenditures, translations
Purchasing and logistics/ warehouse assistance
