Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity cover)

Role Overview:

On this role you would be responsible for the sourcing of candidates through various channels, planning interviews and the end to end selection processes. You would also support the team in the organization and hosting of various career development and employer branding initiatives and events. As part of the TA team you would also be expected to play an active role in the implementation and continuous reinforcement of our TA strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Support the employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Preferably 1 year of similar experience
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems would be considered as an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Excellent English Language knowledge
